Refund Policy
We sell digital content that opens the moment you pay for it. This page explains exactly when we give money back, when we do not, and why.
1. What you are buying
A purchase gives you unlocks for full interpretations: text you read on the Site and export as a PDF. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. An unlock is spent when you choose a birth date and confirm it — at that point the content opens in full.
2. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
For digital content there is an important exception, and it applies here. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU — and the equivalent UK rules — the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of digital content has begun, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose that right.
On our Site that moment is precise and in your hands: it is when you confirm a birth date and spend an unlock, which is what opens the full reading. Before you do that, your right of withdrawal is intact. Afterwards, that particular reading has been delivered.
In practice this means:
- Bought but not yet opened any reading? You can withdraw within 14 days and get a full refund. Just write to us.
- Bought several unlocks and used only some? Write to us within 14 days and we will refund the unused ones.
- Already opened the full reading? That content has been delivered, and the statutory right no longer covers it. Section 4 below still may.
You do not need a form: an email to [email protected] saying you want to withdraw is enough.
3. We always refund these
Regardless of the section above, and regardless of where you live:
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You paid and got nothing — the payment went through but no unlock appeared in your account.
- The service is broken on our side and we cannot fix it in reasonable time: interpretations will not load, the PDF will not build, access disappears.
- You were charged after cancelling, or for something you never ordered.
- Someone used your card without permission. Tell us and we will refund and help you secure the account.
In these cases just write to us. We are not going to argue about a payment that clearly went wrong, and we do not require you to prove anything unreasonable.
4. Where we use discretion
Some situations do not fit either list neatly. If you opened a reading and feel genuinely misled about what you were buying, write to us and tell us plainly what happened. We read every message ourselves, and we would rather give someone their money back than have them feel cheated by a service about self-understanding.
Being honest about the limits: this is discretion, not an entitlement, and it works for people who contact us in good faith.
5. What we do not refund
- You do not agree with the interpretation, or it did not resonate. Interpretations are written in advance for a combination of numbers and are inevitably general. Disagreement is not a defect — see the Disclaimer.
- The reading did not come true. We do not predict the future and never claim to. Nothing on this Site is a forecast, so nothing can fail to come true.
- You entered the wrong birth date and spent an unlock on it. Please check the date at the confirmation step — that step exists precisely to prevent this. Write to us anyway; see section 4.
- You changed your mind after reading the full text. The content has been delivered and cannot be returned.
- You bought the wrong matrix type but already opened it. If you have not opened it, we will happily switch it.
- Your account was closed for breaching the Terms — for example redistributing our interpretations.
6. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, and include:
- what you bought and roughly when;
- what went wrong, in your own words.
No form and no template needed. We reply within 5 business days. If we approve the refund, we send it back by the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval — after which your bank's own timing applies, typically a few more days. Refunds go to the method you paid with; we cannot send money somewhere else.
When a refund is issued, the corresponding access is withdrawn. Where a reading has already been exported as a PDF, we ask you to delete your copy.
7. Cryptocurrency payments
Where a purchase is paid in cryptocurrency, an approved refund is returned in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide. Because exchange rates move, the amount returned is the crypto value of the original payment, not its value in dollars on the day of the refund. Network fees are deducted from the amount transferred. Crypto transactions are irreversible, so please check the address carefully — we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong one.
8. Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us before asking your bank to reverse the payment. A chargeback takes weeks, can end with your account suspended while it is investigated, and usually resolves more slowly than simply writing to us. We have never refused a genuine claim, and we would rather sort it out directly.
9. Prices and promotions
Refunds are made in the amount actually paid, including any discount applied at the time. If prices change later, that does not alter what you paid or what we return. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a purchase already made.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have by law in your country. Where local consumer protection gives you more than this page does, the law applies. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
