It is a key to understanding your child through their date of birth. The same method of self-discovery built on the 22 Arcana, but turned towards the parent: it shows your child's character, their inborn talents, how to build a relationship based on trust, and which direction of growth suits them.

The Child Matrix helps you know and understand your child better. Children grow up earlier these days, with different values and a different outlook, which makes it all the more important to find common ground with them early and build a strong connection.

From a single date of birth you will see:

• what your child's character is like, and how they show up at home and among other people;
• which talents they were born with, and what came down to them through their father's and mother's lines;
• what inspires them, and what drains them;
• which clubs and activities will bring out their potential;
• how your relationship works, and which mistakes in raising them are worth avoiding;
• in which fields it will be easier for them to find their place and earn a living;
• which fears and inner blocks may stand in their way.

It is a diagnostic tool: it helps you see your child's path, work out the direction of their growth, and gives you something to hold on to in a difficult moment. But it is not a cure-all — knowledge without action changes nothing. You can analyse yourself and everyone close to you a hundred times over through any system and stay exactly where you were, or you can take one or two decisions out of a reading and turn the story in a better direction.

Each of us writes our own story from the moment of birth — from those eight digits.

Usually up to the age of 18–20. Before 10, the personal positions matter most: temperament, talents, first steps into the wider world, choice of activities. Between 10 and 18 the ancestral patterns come into play — a teenager is forming as a person, and their sense of the world sharpens. These boundaries are approximate; there are no strict rules.

The chart is built the same way, from the same date of birth. What differs is the naming of the zones and the interpretations themselves: the adult version describes a person who has already taken shape, while the child version speaks to the parent about how to help the child unfold. An adult can also build a Child Matrix for themselves — to look back at their own childhood and see which difficulties they picked up along the way and which came down to them through their lineage.

From the day, month and year of birth. The numbers are added together and reduced to a value between 1 and 22 — that is the Arcanum of the position. You do not need to work anything out by hand: our calculator does it for you.

Start at the centre — that is your child's character, the one you see at home when they feel completely safe. From there work through the sections: how they show up among other people, their talents, their activities, their relationship with you, and how they find their place in life. Every position is explained in its own text, in plain language.

An Arcanum is an archetype — a lasting image with its own set of qualities: The Magician, The Empress, The Hermit and so on. There are 22 of them in the Major Arcana of the Tarot. The same Arcanum reads differently depending on where it falls: it means one thing in the position of talents and quite another in the position of relationships with parents.

Character traits are there from birth, but how they show up depends on upbringing and surroundings. In its positive state [+] an energy is a strength, a talent, a resource worth developing. In its negative state [-] it is a weak spot or a difficulty in behaviour that needs gentle correction. That is exactly why a reading is useful to a parent: it shows you where to direct your attention.

No. An energy is never good or bad in itself — each one has two sides. If something in your child's behaviour worries you, it means that energy is being lived out in its negative state, and it can be turned towards the positive. That is what the recommendations in the reading are for.

If the same number appears in the chart more than once, pay particular attention to it. That energy is amplified: it takes more work to handle, but it also carries greater potential for growth. The more often an Arcanum repeats, the more visibly its influence runs through your child's life.

Yes, and it is one of the most practical sections. The reading points out which directions match your child's inborn talents and which will cost them effort with little in return. It saves years — and money — spent on activities they have to be pushed into.

It will show you the fields where it will be easier for them to flourish and to earn, and what may block their flow of money. But it is a guide, not a job assignment: the choice still belongs to your child, and the matrix simply helps them make it with their eyes open.

Only if you treat the reading as a verdict. The matrix shows a set of predispositions, not a script that has already been written: how they unfold depends on upbringing, surroundings and the child's own choices. The point of a reading is to support the strong sides and gently help with the weak ones — not to explain away a child's behaviour by blaming a "bad Arcanum".

Not to a young child — this is a tool for the parent. A teenager can read it if they are curious themselves: at that age a conversation about their strengths and about what inspires them often helps more than advice does. The wording in the sections about weak sides is better not read out word for word.

The matrix will be the same, but the children will not. Different energies come to the fore in each of them, and whether those energies open up in their positive or negative state depends on temperament, surroundings and the way the child is spoken to. The chart shows a set of tools, not a destiny.
