The Karmic Tail / Karmic Debt Code in The Destiny Matrix

A guide: the Karmic Tail in the Destiny Matrix. A global handbook for healing the foundation of the soul

Introduction. What the Karmic Tail Is: the Metaphysics and the Psychology of the Shadow Base

The Karmic Tail (the Karmic Debt Code) is the three lowest arcana in the Destiny Matrix chart, placed vertically one under another at the lower summit of the Line of Heaven. In terms of the geometry of the chart, this zone is the foundation on which the whole remaining structure of the personality rests.

The upper point of the tail (the junction with the material gateways)

The middle point of the tail (the storyline bridge)

The lower point of the tail (the main knot of karma)

In a metaphysical context this channel encrypts the main unpaid debt, the mistakes and the destructive behavior of your soul in past incarnations. A person's subconscious remembers this negative experience as an automatic pattern of survival.

From the point of view of depth psychology, the Karmic Tail is the archetypal core of your Shadow side (The Shadow Self). These are the hidden complexes, the unconscious fears, the destructive habits and the inner barriers that a person reproduces in life automatically.

The Karmic Tail is the three lower energies of the matrix, the baggage brought from a past incarnation. These energies are given in the negative state from the start: their state changes only through conscious actions. In one person the program may be fully worked through, in another partly, in a third it may remain untouched.

The Anatomy of the Channel: How the Unbroken Karmic Program Is Built

The main rule of the international method: the Karmic Tail is never read as three separate, isolated figures. It is a single, continuous triad code. The numbers in it are joined by the principle of an unbroken chemical reaction: cause, action, consequence.

Each of the three positions in this vertical block performs its own strict function (when reading and working from the bottom upwards):

  1. The lower point (the main knot): The most blocked energy. This is the root of the karmic debt — the specific action or breach of the laws of the universe that the soul committed in the past. In adult life this arcanum shows up as a panic-level subconscious fear.
  2. The middle point (the storyline bridge): It is responsible for the scenery and the provocations in your present reality. Space will regularly bring you up against similar situations or toxic people to check whether you will step on the old rake again.
  3. The upper point (the money and love junction): It stands where the Line of Money and the Channel of Relationships cross. This is the entry gateway of material wellbeing. If the lower points are in the negative state, this upper point closes, blocking income and bringing crises into private life.

The Law of the Energy Funnel: Why Karma Blocks Money and Love

The Karmic Tail is the basic point of vulnerability, and it always sits deep in the harsh negative state from the start. In the energy architecture of the chart this channel works as a drain funnel.

By the law of communicating vessels, if there is an open energy hole at the very bottom of the chart, then all the incoming energy from the Channels of Talents, of Finances and of Love will drain into it.

  • There is no sense in pumping up the Money channel or visualizing an ideal partner while your Karmic Tail is humming with resentment, aggression or self-sacrifice.
  • The gateways of material goods will open by themselves only once you have closed the debt at the bottom. Working through the Destiny Matrix is strictly hierarchical and always begins from the bottom upwards.

The Universal Algorithm for Working Through the Karmic Tail (Energy Engineering)

To bring the karmic triad out of the destructive negative state into the creative positive one, you have to go step by step through three universal stages:

  1. A psychological audit (becoming aware of the scenario): Study the name and the storyline of your program. Track honestly at which moments of life you play out the shadow side of these arcana (complaining, manipulating, falling into pride, fearing change). Becoming aware of a destructive habit is half of the healing.
  2. A behavioral marker (grounding through action): Space responds only to physical actions in the material world. If your tail is tied to aggression, give your body to sport. If it is tied to breaking the rules, bring your documents and your home into perfect order. If it is tied to self-sacrifice, learn to say a firm "no" and build your personal boundaries.
  3. A safe release and the way into the positive state: Stop directing the destructive mental surplus of energy at yourself or at those close to you. Pour this charge into large-scale business tasks, into intensive study or into creative work. Once the karmic knot is untied, the former negative state turns into your main innate superpower and your protection.

The 24 Main Programs of the Karmic Tail: Decoding the Codes

Below is the commonly accepted main list of 24 fundamental karmic programs with a short psychological description of how they show themselves in the negative state (the problem) and in the positive state (the resource once the energies have been worked through and healed).

(18 – 9 – 9), (9 – 9 – 18), (9 – 18 – 9) — "The Magician, Wizard"

  • In the negative state: A person denies their own knowledge and intuition, is afraid to teach and to pass on experience, believing themselves insufficiently competent. They retreat into isolation, close themselves off from people, fall into depressed states, and treat events that logic cannot explain as coincidence.
  • In the positive state: Recognizing their gift and being ready to share it. The person teaches, advises, trusts their intuition and realizes themselves creatively, and the knowledge they have gathered begins to work for others.

(12 – 16 – 4) — "The Emperor"

  • In the negative state: A need to control everything around, especially within the family. Pressure on the partner, an unwillingness to hear another point of view, a demand that their authority be recognized. It is often accompanied by a difficult relationship with the father or by his absence in childhood.
  • In the positive state: Managerial potential on a large scale. The person leads out of trust rather than out of fear, hears others, accepts change without resistance and realizes themselves in their own business or in a senior position.

(15 – 5 – 8) — "Betrayal and Passions in the Family"

  • In the negative state: A sharpened sense of injustice within the family, touchiness, a wish to take revenge for poor treatment. Trials by temptation, a pull towards addictions and workaholism as a way of not being at home.
  • In the positive state: The ability to forgive and to accept those close to you with their imperfections. The person builds a balance between work and family, does not carry the parental scenario into their own life and sees people's strengths.

(21 – 4 – 10) — "Oppressed Soul"

  • In the negative state: A fear of taking responsibility for one's own life. The person lives under someone's patronage, waits for approval of every step and at the last moment turns down the opportunities that could change everything. At the same time they take pressure from others hard.
  • In the positive state: Independence and self-belief. The person steps out from under the guardianship, takes the initiative, unfolds their organizational abilities and builds their own business, relying on their own decisions.

(15 – 20 – 5) — "The Rebel"

  • In the negative state: A break with family ties, leaving home early, feeling a stranger among one's own. The rejection of traditions is accompanied by self-destructive behavior: addictions, a disordered life, uncontrolled spending.
  • In the positive state: A restored bond with the lineage. The person brings the excluded one back into the family, mends relations with relatives, creates traditions of their own and becomes a supporting figure for several generations.

(12 – 19 – 7) — "The Warrior"

  • In the negative state: Life as a continuous struggle: aggression, rivalry with everyone, reaching the goal at any price. Guilt blocks development, and the relationship with the mother stays tense. The person switches between the roles of victim, rescuer and aggressor.
  • In the positive state: Mature leadership and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Fearlessness is directed into professions connected with rescue and protection, and responsibility for others is taken on consciously.

(6 – 8 – 20) — "Disappointment of the Lineage"

  • In the negative state: Low self-esteem against a background of parental expectations and constant comparisons. The person lives out of guilt, helps relatives with money in the hope of recognition and does not dare to reveal their own talent.
  • In the positive state: A realized talent that raises the standing of the whole family. The person chooses one field, becomes a professional in it and builds relations with their relatives without debt or bargaining.

(18 – 3 – 12) — "Physical Suffering"

  • In the negative state: Fears and phobias around the subject of health, psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety about the body. The person either sinks entirely into caring for the physical, forgetting the inner side, or switches between the roles of the sufferer and the rescuer.
  • In the positive state: Acceptance and support for others. The person helps people who have met illness or limitations, does voluntary work, supports those close to them through hard periods and cares for the body without fear.

(9 – 15 – 6) — "World of Passions and Fairy Tales"

  • In the negative state: An escape from reality into fantasy, the virtual world and addictions. A feeling of not belonging, a focus on the material alone and an unwillingness to develop inwardly.
  • In the positive state: A rich imagination realized in creative work: film, animation, literature. The person chooses deep relationships and accepts their partner with all their particularities.

(6 – 17 – 11) — "Wasted Talent"

  • In the negative state: The person hides their bright innate abilities out of a fear of public life and of criticism, choosing a routine life for the sake of false stability. The hints towards development are ignored, and career temptations outweigh self-realization.
  • In the positive state: An unfolded talent and large-scale public life. The person becomes a professional, shines for a great many people and charges others by personal example.

(21 – 10 – 16) — "Spiritual Priest"

  • In the negative state: A tilt to one side: either a complete focus on the material or a retreat exclusively into the inner world. A lack of self-belief, a tendency towards addictions and self-destruction.
  • In the positive state: The role of a mentor and a balance found. The person passes on knowledge, shows by their own example how to join the material and the spiritual, travels and widens their horizons through other cultures.

(15 – 8 – 11) — "Physical Aggression"

  • In the negative state: Accumulated bitterness and inner tension that spill over into conflicts and provoke clashes. A distorted idea of family, inherited from childhood, is carried into their own relationships.
  • In the positive state: Strength directed towards creation and protection. The person redirects aggression into sport and work with the body, learns diplomacy and stands up for those who are weaker.

(3 – 9 – 12) — "Lonely Woman"

  • In the negative state: Being closed to love out of a fear of repeating a past loss. Long solitude or cold relationships at a distance, self-sacrifice and switching between the roles of victim, rescuer and aggressor.
  • In the positive state: An open heart and healthy self-esteem. The person does not dissolve into their partner, speaks about their feelings directly and treats the end of a relationship as an opportunity for new experience.

(18 – 6 – 15) — "Dark Magician"

  • In the negative state: The gift of influence through the word is used for manipulation and for reaching personal goals. Knowing other people's weaknesses turns into a lever, and to this are added a pull towards risk, addictions and a fear of everything unknown.
  • In the positive state: Healing and speaking abilities in the service of people. The person helps others cope with addictions and weaknesses, develops their strengths and creates what brings benefit to many.

(3 – 7 – 22) — "The Prisoner"

  • In the negative state: A life inside limitations, often chosen unconsciously: relationships with pressure and control, debts and obligations, addictions. The parental family may have kept them in subjection, and this scenario is reproduced in adult life.
  • In the positive state: Freedom gained and the ability to defend one's boundaries without breaching those of others. The person leaves hard relationships, helps others to do the same and raises children with respect for their choices.

(9 – 3 – 21) — "The Warden"

  • In the negative state: A thirst for control and for influence over people, a display of force, an inability to delegate. Heightened anxiety and a fear of becoming dependent on others or of losing one's position.
  • In the positive state: Respect for other people's boundaries and for their right to choose. The person builds relationships as equals, accepts their own shadow side, helps without expecting anything back and widens their horizons instead of holding on to power.

(6 – 5 – 17) — "Pride"

  • In the negative state: An expectation that everything will come by itself and at once: the best partner, a high position, recognition without effort. An inner sense of superiority over those around, which comes back as humiliation from colleagues, peers or a partner.
  • In the positive state: Recognition earned by one's own labor. The person moves towards the goal in stages, counts everyone as an equal, and this is precisely what opens their access to what they wanted.

(21 – 7 – 13) — "Destruction and Mass Death"

  • In the negative state: A tendency to conflict, provocation, stirring up arguments and dividing people into their own and strangers. A fear of change, of illness and of moving house, a habit of holding on to what has long exhausted itself.
  • In the positive state: Work that rescues and restores lives: medicine, emergency services, psychology, research, rehabilitation. The person accepts the world as a whole, moves about a great deal and helps people through hard periods.

(6 – 20 – 14) — "Soul Sacrificed"

  • In the negative state: Arrogance and ingratitude against a background of special treatment from the family. The person demands more and more attention, judges those around and feels no warmth either towards themselves or towards others.
  • In the positive state: Openness and gratitude. The person values the help they receive, remembers those who took part in their success and accepts people as they are.

(3 – 22 – 19) — "Unborn Child"

  • In the negative state: An unlived theme of motherhood and childhood: resentment towards the mother, a search for her warmth in adulthood, infantilism, a fear of continuing the lineage, a sense of not having enough time and a wish to manage everything at once.
  • In the positive state: A worked-through relationship with the mother and a childhood lived a second time. The person realizes themselves in work with children, builds a large family and understands that freedom is kept even with children.

(18 – 6 – 6) — "Love Magic"

  • In the negative state: A dependence on the approval of others and low self-esteem coming from childhood. Attempts to hold on to a person who does not answer in kind, frequent changes of partner, a striving to obtain love through pressure.
  • In the positive state: Love for oneself as the ground of relations with others. The person chooses one partner, builds trust, follows the call of the heart in their decisions and knows how to give before demanding.

(6 – 14 – 8) — "The Dictator"

  • In the negative state: Great force directed at suppression or, on the contrary, a complete refusal of power and responsibility out of a fear of repeating the past. Aggression that destroys relationships and health.
  • In the positive state: Powerful potential applied safely. The person takes a high position, uses their influence for creation, develops their speaking abilities and holds the balance between the material and the inner life.

(3 – 13 – 10) — "Suicide"

  • In the negative state: A weak bond with one's own life and body, a great many fears, an avoidance of responsibility and of decisions. The person does not value what they have, is drawn to risk and prefers to walk away from a difficulty rather than solve it.
  • In the positive state: A taste for life regained. The person works with their fears, including with a specialist, takes responsibility for their decisions, learns to enjoy the everyday and supports others through hard periods.

(21 – 10 – 7) — "Warrior of Light"

  • In the negative state: The person lives in a defensive stance: they see hostility where there is none, come into conflict with management, parents or partner and spend their strength on a struggle that brings nothing. To this are added rivalry and envy of other people's successes, restlessness and total control in the face of any uncertainty, exhausting work driven by the fear of being left without money. With an inner pull towards scale, they drive themselves into narrow frames: they are afraid to change jobs, to move, to try something new.
  • In the positive state: Reconciliation with the world around and a victory over their own aggression. Leadership energy goes into sport, into a career and into their own projects, and a development plan for years ahead appears. The person lets go of hyper-control, trusts the course of events and hears their intuition — and favorable opportunities begin to come easily. The horizons widen: travel, languages, modern technology, a business or a blog scaled through the internet.
